Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
Secondly, our solar lighting system is DIY design, each part like battery and controller can be replaced easily.
Third, please send back photos or vedio of defectives, our enginner will analysis which part problem. During the guarantee period,we will send replacements with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them toyou or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
If over the guarantee period, you can buy the replacements from us.
